Regis Home Care offers a range of additional support services. You can choose to have as little as an hour a day or as much as constant 24-hour care. These additional services can include home care, nursing care as well as a full range of home help services including: personal care, domestic assistance, social support and concierge services. You can choose to pay for each service, based on a set hourly rate, or choose from one of our four Additional Services packages. These packages ensure you get extra hours of quality support each week and can include the further support of a personal Client Services Manager, a Registered Nurse and access to a range of Health Professionals.
Platinum Support is our premium additional service package. The package gives you access to in-home care and support for up to 24 hour care, 365 days a year. Your Home Client Services Manager will ensure you have absolute input into what services you receive, and a member of our team will tailor and coordinate a personalised package that best suits your individual needs. This can include the management of household activities, client programmes and liaisons, equipment review, purchase and installation as well as a range of in home support services, including home maintenance and minor conversions.
Gold Support gives you up to 15 hours of additional flexible support. This includes twice-weekly registered nurse consultations, to manage complex health needs, and up to 3 hours of weekend in home support. This includes support during peak holiday seasons. Under this program you will have access to a dedicated team of home support workers and a regular facilitated contact with your dedicated Case Manager and a Registered Nurse. Gold Support also gives you access to all internal Regis events and special occasions, including regularly facilitated bus outings and periodic access to physiotherapy, podiatry and exercise classes at the Regis Day Therapy Centre.
Silver Support provides up to 8 hours of additional flexible support on top of your funded package. Silver Support also includes 2 hours of weekend in-home support and support during peak holiday seasons. Silver Support also gives you access to all internal Regis events and special occasions.
Our Extra Support Package gives you up to four hours of additional help and support throughout the week. Our Extra Support Package gives you up to four hours of additional support through the week. The package gives you access to a dedicated team of home support workers and a regular facilitated contact with a case manager. And lets you decide what times you need us to be there. On top of this, you can also choose a Flexible Client Support Package allowing for 2 hours of your additional home support to be provided on the weekends.
